- 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 진정성, 역전이 관리능력, 전문적 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계 검증 -
본 연구는 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 진정성, 역전이 관리능력, 전문적 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계 의 검증을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 공인된 음악치료 자격증 취득 후 임상현장에서 근무하는 음악치료 전문가와 임상실습 및 인턴십 과정 중인 음악치료 전공생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으 며, 수집된 설문지 중 결측지를 제외한 113부를 SPSS Statistics 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였 다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 진정성은 역전이 관리능력과 통계적 으로 유의한 정적 상관이 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 두 변인의 관계를 전문적 자기효능감이 부분매개하 는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 음악치료 전문가의 진정성은 역전이 관리능력에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 이러한 인과관계는 전문적 자기효능감에 따라 달라진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 음악 치료 전문가와 전공생의 진정성, 역전이 관리능력, 전문적 자기효능감의 구조적 관계를 밝힘으로써 음 악치료 전문가와 전공생의 임상적 성장을 위한 교육 및 훈련에 있어 중요한 정보와 방향성을 제시한다 는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
Structural Relationship among Authenticity, Countertransference Management Ability, and Professional Self-Efficacy of Music Therapy Students and Professionals
This research was conducted to verify structural relationship among authenticity, countertransference management ability, and professional self-efficacy of music therapy students and professionals. Survey Data collected from 113 music therapy interns and professionals were statistically analyzed using SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program. As the results, it was verified that authenticity of music therapy students and professionals had a significant positive relationship with their countertransference management ability, and this relationship was mediated by their self-efficacy. The results of this research provide important information on factors affecting professional self-efficacy of music therapists. These results also offer useful implications on effective interventions for music therapy educators and clinical supervisors.
