- 심상음악치료 전문가 훈련과정에 대한 예술기반 협력적 자문화기술지 -
본 연구는 심상음악치료 전문가 훈련과정에 대한 예술기반 협력적 자문화기술지로, 훈련에 대한 경험 공유 및 깊은 이해를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 자료는 2015년 7월부터 2019년 5월까지 진 행된 심상음악치료 훈련과정에 대한 연구자들의 기억 및 예술적 자료가 사용되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 두 명의 연구자들은 협력적 자문화기술지 방법론을 사용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, ‘훈련 준 비 경험’, ‘가이드로서의 경험’, ‘트레블러로서의 경험’, ‘집단 내 역동 경험’, ‘훈련가와의 관계 경험’, ‘훈련을 지속하게 되는 힘’ 등 6개의 주제가 도출되었으며, 이를 통해 연구자들은 심상음악치료 전문 가로서의 정체성을 확립해가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 심상음악치료 훈련과정을 수행 중인 음악치료사와 훈련가에게 훈련생들의 생생한 경험에 대한 실제적인 정보를 제공한다.
Art-Based Collaborative Auto-Ethnography on Fellow Training Program of Guided Imagery and Music
This study aimed to analyze trainees’ experiences during BMGIM (Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music) fellow certificate training. The data from the researchers’ memories, training logs, and artistic outcomes of BMGIM training from June 2015 to present were collected and analyzed qualitatively, using an innovative research method known as art-based collaborative auto-ethnography. As a result, six domains that explain the experience were produced; ‘training preparation’, ‘experience as guides’, ‘experience as travelers’, ‘group dynamic’, ‘experience with trainers’, and ‘motivation to continue training’. The results of the present study provide music therapists and trainers with practical and comprehensive information on trainees’ live experiences during the course of BMGIM fellow certificate training.
