- 음악치료사의 직무열의 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 -
본 연구는 음악치료사의 직무열의에 관한 경험을 살펴봄으로써, 음악치료사의 직무열의 경험의 본질 적인 의미와 직무열의를 위한 방안을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위해 석사학위 이상의 음 악치료 자격증을 소유한 임상경력 5년 이상인 음악치료사 9명을 선정하여 음악치료사의 직무열의 경험에 관한 심층면담을 실시하였다. Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 참여자들의 면담 내 용을 분석한 결과, 384개의 의미단위, 91개의 의미단위 요약, 23개의 하위 구성요소, 5개의 구성요 소가 도출되었다. 5개의 구성요소는 ‘직무열의 경험의 순간’, ‘직무열의에 영향을 미치는 요인’, ‘개 인으로서 인식하는 직무열의의 의미’, ‘치료사로서 인식하는 직무열의의 의미’, ‘직무열의를 위한 방 안’으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 음악치료사의 직무열의의 의미를 규명하고, 직무열의를 위한 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
A Phenomenological Study on Music Therapists' Work Engagement Experience
This study aimed to investigate the essential meaning of music therapists' work engagement experience and examine the strategies of their work engagement. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with nine certified music therapists who had a master’s degree or higher and five or more years of clinical experience. The interviews were analyzed using Giorgi’s phenomenological method. The results identified 384 meaning units, 91 summaries of the meaning units, 23 subcategories, and 5 categories. ‘the moment of experiencing work engagement’, ‘factors affecting work engagement’, ‘meaning of work engagement perceived as an individual’, ‘meaning of work engagement perceived as a therapist’, and ‘strategies for work engagement.’ The significance of this study is in that it examines the meaning of music therapists' work engagement and suggests strategies to improve their work engagement.
